About Dr. Dunn

Hi, I'm Megan.

I'm a licensed psychologist in California (PSY39752) specializing in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, stress, insomnia, burnout, chronic pain, health-related concerns, and life transitions.

I completed my clinical internship at the VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center. I understand what it means to build a life in LA — the ambition, the reinvention, and the particular kind of stress that comes with it.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I draw from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you develop effective coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and create meaningful, lasting change.

All sessions are conducted securely via telehealth for adults residing in California.
