About Dr. Dunn
Hi, I'm Megan.
I'm a licensed psychologist in California (PSY39752) specializing in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, stress, insomnia, burnout, chronic pain, health-related concerns, and life transitions.
I completed my postdoctoral training at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, where I specialized in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, chronic pain, and behavioral health. The Bay Area is where I built my clinical foundation — I understand the pace, the pressures, and what it takes to thrive here.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I draw from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you develop effective coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and create meaningful, lasting change.
All sessions are conducted securely via telehealth for adults residing in California.
