Hi, I'm Megan.
I'm a licensed psychologist in California (PSY39752) specializing in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, stress, insomnia, burnout, chronic pain, health-related concerns, and life transitions.
I see clients throughout California, including San Diego's coastal and inland communities, via secure telehealth. Whether you're in La Jolla, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, or anywhere in between — I'm accessible from wherever you are.

Do you have an office in San Diego?
All sessions are via secure telehealth video — no in-person office. Attend from your home, office, or anywhere in California with a reliable internet connection.
I'm active military or a veteran. Do you work with that population?
Yes. I have clinical training and experience with military populations and veteran-specific concerns, including deployment stress, transition anxiety, sleep disruption, and chronic pain. I welcome both active duty members (located in California) and veterans.
What cities in San Diego County do you serve?
All of California via telehealth. In the San Diego area, that includes La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, Coronado, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Poway, Escondido, and all surrounding communities.
